About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VP Corporate Compliance to join our team at EOS Holding GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our groupwide compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and leading a team of professionals at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Strategies: Develop and implement international compliance management systems, including monitoring structures and risk management frameworks.
  • Management Consultancy: Advise our board of executive management on compliance matters, prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Audits: Oversee and conduct international compliance audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop and implement compliance policies, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Trainings: Supervise regular training measures to ensure compliance with current legal standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of professionals at our headquarters, conducting regular performance reviews and staff development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to leverage synergies and foster international collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Completed training as a fully qualified attorney from a reputable institution is highly advantageous.
  • Leadership Experience: Several years of professional experience in a leadership position, preferably in the debt collection or finance sector.
  • Professional Knowledge: Strong professional knowledge in corporate compliance, ideally in the debt collection or finance sector.
  • International Collaboration: Willingness to work internationally, maintain and develop groupwide compliance standards to the next level.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory, and fluency in German would be a great advantage.
