Student Assistant in Risk Management - Risk & Compliance (m/f/d)

As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Risk & Compliance, you will be closely involved in the dynamic daily operations and have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Engage in challenging tasks related to the design, implementation, or evaluation of risk or compliance management systems, allowing you to broaden and deepen your knowledge base.

Contribute as a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of risk management and transform your theoretical insights into valuable practical experiences. Familiarize yourself with the intricate processes involved in developing strategies for the effective integration of governance, risk management, and compliance, while actively applying your skills and qualities.

Your Responsibilities
Do you want to leverage your process understanding and analytical skills to ensure the sustainability of businesses? Join us as a Student Assistant and contribute 8 - 19.5 hours per week, and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks:

  • Assist in evaluating compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the implementation of regulations for the risk management of our clients.
  • Support the optimization and digital transformation of the risk management sector.
  • Participate in the analysis of market developments and data.
  • Collaborate with your team on the conceptualization, implementation, and reporting of governance processes.
  • Work alongside experts from the KPMG network in an international environment.
  • Contribute to business development on new topics through the preparation of proposals, studies, or expert contributions.
Your Profile
  • You will join us as a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Risk Management with at least three completed semesters in a degree program in business administration, law, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or physics.
  • Ideally, you have focused on one of the following areas in your studies: risk management, finance & accounting, compliance, corporate governance, controlling, or similar subjects.
  • You bring relevant work experience from previous internships.
  • Your strong analytical skills, methodical approach, high initiative, and teamwork abilities will enrich any team.
  • You are proficient in German and English at a B2 level.
