Als Junior Demand & Supply Planning Manager bei New Flag GmbH bist Du verantwortlich für die reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Planungs- und Einkaufsprozesse für Deine Marken und Lieferanten.

Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte optimal verfügbar sind – sowohl für Einzelhandelskunden als auch für professionelle Kunden weltweit. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Ländern zusammen.

Dein Fokus liegt auf der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Genauigkeit unserer Planung und unseres globalen Inventars.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt den gesamten End-to-End-Prozess für deine Marken – von der Markteinführung bis zum Auslaufen, von der Bedarfs- und Angebotsplanung bis zum Einkauf und Lagerbestandsmanagement.
  • Der operative Einkauf, die Produktionsprozesse und die Lieferantenkoordination sind Deine Hauptfokusbereiche. Dazu gehört auch die Rechnungsprüfung für die abschließenden Zahlungen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Bedarfs- und Angebotsprognosen sowie Szenarien zusammen mit den Demand Plannern, dem Vertrieb und dem Markenmanagement.
  • Als kompetenter Sparringspartner analysierst Du kontinuierlich den Bestandsfluss und die -struktur, die Reichweiten sowie die Sell-in/-out-Trends Deiner Marken. Proaktiv schlägst Du Korrekturmaßnahmen vor und setzt diese um.
  • Im Falle von Engpässen definierst und verwaltest Du Zuteilungen an Vertriebsregionen weltweit und stellst eine ordnungsgemäße Ausführung sicher.
  • Das Reporting (Verfügbarkeit, Überbestand, Prognosegenauigkeit etc.) fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich und unterstützt unser Planungs- und Managementteam bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du ein paar Projekte, um unser globales Supply Chain-Netzwerk zu optimieren.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor Abschluss (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Supply Chain Management oder Marketing) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit erster Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast eine ausgezeichnete analytische Denkweise mit einem pragmatischen Ansatz.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und schaffst es in einem internationalen Umfeld mit verschiedenen Stakeholder zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Deine Hands-on Mentalität sowie Dein Antrieb Lösungen zu finden und Erfolge zu erzielen zeichnen Dich aus.
