About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Demand Supply Planning Manager to join our team at New Flag GmbH. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for executing our planning and buying processes for our brands and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure optimal product availability for our retail and professional customers worldwide by collaborating across departments and countries.
  • Focus on continuously improving planning accuracy and global inventory.
  • Support the end-to-end process for your brands, from launch to exit, including demand and supply planning, buying, and stock management.
  • Operational buying, production processes, and supplier coordination are your key focus areas, including invoice validation for final payments.
  • Help generate demand-supply forecasts and scenarios with the Demand Planners, Sales, and Brand Management.
  • Analyze inventory flow and structure, coverages, and sell-in/-out trends of your brands and suggest corrective actions if needed.
  • Define and manage allocations to sales regions across the globe and ensure proper execution.
  • Provide management reporting on availability, overstock, forecast accuracy, and other key metrics to support planning and management decisions.
  • Participate in projects to optimize our global Supply Chain network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Marketing, or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial thinking skills combined with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Hands-on mentality, drive, and creativity to find solutions and create success.
  • Attention to details and holistic view of processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI and Navision Microsoft Dynamics is highly appreciated.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, with German as a plus.
