Als Senior Manager Business Development Bids & Proposals bei Taylor Wessing Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB übernehmen Sie eine führende Rolle in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung und Projektmanagement. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen: Sie beraten unsere Partner und begleiten komplexe, länderübergreifende Ausschreibungen in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten und Sektoren.
- Erstellung von Angeboten: Sie verantworten das Projektmanagement bei komplexen Ausschreibungen und arbeiten eng mit unserem Designteam zusammen, um nationale und internationale Angebotsunterlagen zu erstellen.
- Teamführung: Sie leiten ein kleines, engagiertes Team von Business Development-Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, das für die Erstellung von Pitch-Dokumenten und die Vorbereitung von Handbook Submissions zuständig ist.
- Datenbankmanagement: Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenbanken, die essentiell für die Erstellung von Angeboten sind.
- Analyse und Research: Sie führen Recherchen durch, um relevante Informationen über Sektoren und Zielgruppen zu sammeln, die im Vorfeld des Angebotsprozesses entscheidend sind.
- Identifikation von Geschäftschancen: Sie erkennen relevante Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch systematische Auswertung nationaler und internationaler Ausschreibungsplattformen.
