About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at ecotel communication ag. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing complex ICT solutions for larger projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with medium-sized and large customers in direct sales.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Consultants to develop innovative ICT solutions for larger projects.
  • Work closely with our Bid and Contract management team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the ICT environment.
  • Commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree, with a focus on IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
