About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our business enablement team at Versatel GmbH. As the Head of Business Enablement and Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the implementation of effective sales strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of trainers, process managers, and project managers to support and develop our sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Manage and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, and order intake
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English
