About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Partner to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our Commercial Cloud team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our footprint in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to protect and expand Veeva's presence in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement.
  • Drive the process of renewing existing business and continuously bringing innovative solutions to customers to help them meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses.
  • Manage account administration and provide input for accurate forecasting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years combined experience across software sales/consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector.
  • Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement.
  • Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency towards customers' needs.
  • Self-starter/Self-motivator with little need for direct supervision.
  • Based in Germany or Switzerland.
