About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amplify Marketplace Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region. Your primary focus will be on direct sales and account management for Axway's Amplify Marketplace, executing and overachieving quarterly revenue and bookings targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales and Account Management responsibility for Axway's Amplify Marketplace in the DACH region
  • Execute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targets
  • Work with sales management to establish an Amplify Marketplace GTM through a strategic territory plan and additional market development strategies for defined territories and accounts
  • Build strategic partnerships with local Consulting firms and System Integrators to further establish Axway's Amplify Marketplace presence within specific verticals and accounts
  • Manage customer/partner relationships at an executive, decision-maker level
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and programs to build pipeline
  • Build and drive new sales pipeline across designated verticals and/or territories to meet agreed targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of technology-related experience selling software solutions at a multinational software company, as Sales/Account Executive in DACH
  • Good relationship and contacts in DACH Enterprise Accounts and Consulting firms
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of how to engage, partner, and work with Consulting firms (Big 5) to jointly create value into Enterprise accounts, particularly in the FSI sector
  • German native speaker, fluent in English, ready to travel within DACH and internationally
  • Experience in API Management or Fintech solutions desirable
  • Proven ability to work independently to achieve results

  • Ability to present specific digital product use cases for various verticals
  • An expert in technology sales in one or more of the following areas: API Management, Mobile, Digital platforms, Middleware, Hybrid Integration platforms, IPaaS, and API Portals
  • Goal-oriented with superior communication skills
  • Able to successfully drive and develop a consultative sales approach
  • Technically adept with a passion for promoting solutions
  • Results-oriented with a desire to develop a career in Sales
  • Passionate about learning and growing in this space
  • Highly proactive and disciplined to manage time effectively

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) and/or MBA desirable
