Operations Specialist

Wolt is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Central Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing our courier partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and retain a high number of happy courier partners on our platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations manager and team to plan and execute expansion of our delivery area.
  • Manage courier supply scheduling and daily supply.
  • Hold regular meet-ups with courier partners and manage off-boardings.
  • Oversee courier partner gear inventory and ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and use tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership skills and a genuine willingness to support team members and couriers.
  • Fast learner with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Fluent in English and German.
