We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Transformation Consultant to join our team at H&Z.

About the Role As a Procurement Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to lead consulting teams and drive savings and transformation in procurement functions. You will manage all aspects of client relationships, including project management, team management, and stakeholder management. You will also be responsible for implementing cost improvement and procurement transformation programs, conducting key supplier negotiations, and supporting business development, practice development, and methodology development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead consulting projects to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage senior client relationships and build strong partnerships with clients.
  • Manage a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Manage high-performing consulting teams and individuals to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement cost improvement and procurement transformation programs to drive savings and efficiency.
  • Conduct key supplier negotiations to secure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Support business development, practice development, and methodology development to drive business growth and innovation.

Your Experience We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in procurement transformation. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a consulting environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
