Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Transformation Consultant to join our team at H&Z. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading consulting projects, managing senior client relationships, and implementing cost improvement and procurement transformation programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and lead consulting projects to drive savings and transform procurement functions
- Develop and implement procurement operating models for clients, including organizational design, team development, and digital tools
- Manage high-performing consulting teams and individuals, and support business development, practice development, and methodology development
- Conduct key supplier negotiations and support procurement cost reduction initiatives
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in procurement, excellent analytical skills, and experience in project management and team leadership. You should have a passion for solving complex problems and a clear understanding of procurement principles.
