Job Title: Manager - Procurement Transformation Consultant (UK)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Transformation Consultant to join our team at H&Z. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading consulting projects, managing senior client relationships, and implementing cost improvement and procurement transformation programs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead consulting projects to deliver procurement transformation and cost optimization solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Implement procurement operating models, including organizational design, team development, and digital tools.
  • Conduct key supplier negotiations and support procurement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support business development, practice development, and methodology development.
Your Experience:
  • At least five years of consulting experience with a leading consultancy, preferably in procurement.
  • Proven track record of delivering procurement outcomes across direct and indirect spend areas.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management skills, and team management experience.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with a clear understanding of procurement.
  • Fluent in English, with another European language as an advantage.
