Key Responsibilities

Contribute to TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland

As an HRIS Projects Coordinator at TOTALENERGIES Deutschland GmbH, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Software Application Design and Implementation: Collaborate with colleagues to create IT solutions tailored for the HR sector.
  • Customization of SAP Interfaces and PeopleDoc HR Software: Engage in the internal customization and programming of these essential tools.
  • Project Support and Enhancement of Existing Applications: Participate in HR projects and work on improving current applications.
  • HR Process Analysis and Optimization: Identify digital solutions to enhance the efficiency of HR processes.
  • Exploration of Information Technologies: Assess tools (AI, onboarding, benefits administration, etc.) to improve employer attractiveness.
  • Technology Monitoring: Keep abreast of digital advancements in the HR domain.
  • Power BI Support and Excel Programming: Assist the HR department in developing dashboards and analyzing data.
Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance in accordance with Business France standards.
