Join Our Team as a Medical Research Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Research Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects related to medical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and administrative staff, to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, or a life science.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a research or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
