Expected Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HRIS is advantageous

Technical Skills:

As an HRIS Projects Coordinator at TOTALENERGIES Deutschland GmbH, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Development and Deployment of Software Solutions: Collaborate with colleagues to create IT solutions tailored for the HR sector.
  • Modification of SAP Interfaces and PeopleDoc HR Software: Assist in the internal customization and programming of these applications.
  • Project Support and Enhancement of Current Applications: Engage in HR projects and improve existing software tools.
  • Evaluation and Improvement of HR Processes: Identify digital innovations to boost the efficiency of HR operations.
  • Investigation of Information Technologies: Assess tools (AI, onboarding, benefits management, etc.) to enhance the attractiveness of the employer.
  • Monitoring Technological Trends: Keep abreast of digital advancements in the HR domain.
  • Power BI Assistance and Excel Programming: Support the HR department in developing dashboards and analyzing data.
Working Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France guidelines.
