Position Overview:
The Research Project Coordinator (RPC) will enhance the team of research facilitators (RFs) within FSTM.

Reporting directly to the team leader, the RPC will provide vital support in managing projects primarily funded by the EU.

The selected candidate will concentrate on the execution of projects (post-award research management) and collaborate closely with the RF team, research project teams, and the faculty's financial controllers.

The RPC will take on cross-functional responsibilities for project execution, particularly for non-FNR projects where FSTM serves as the lead partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workflow and research processes for non-FNR projects coordinated by FSTM, ensuring effective project teams and knowledge transfer.
- Streamline research management for post-award processes.
- Provide administrative and financial oversight for coordinated projects.
- Coordinate contractual requirements for projects.
- Support the team in project reporting, including:
- Offering guidelines and assistance in drafting deliverables.
- Ensuring efficient follow-up on project timelines and funder requirements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in research settings.
- Proven expertise in managing EU-funded projects.
- Strong ability to coordinate and support teams, fostering trust and developing expertise.
- Excellent command of English and fluency in French.
- Exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and effective texts relevant to EU strategy and research policy.
- A curious mindset with the ability to adapt to the dynamic landscape of research management.
