Responsibility – Your role is crucial: as the initial contact and a vital link between our departments and agents, you will handle leads by reaching out to property owners and qualifying them for our agents. You are familiar with active lead management and process maintenance. In addition to a fixed salary, you will receive an attractive performance-based commission.

Home Office – You can work from home across the country or choose to join us at our modern headquarters.

What We Expect:

Motivation – You are enthusiastic about sales through telephone consultations and customer support in the real estate sector, setting personal goals for motivation.

Strong Communication Skills – You enjoy talking on the phone, are communicative, empathetic, and attentive to the needs of others. Proficiency in the German language is essential.

Social Competence – You maintain composure in hectic situations and always prioritize the interests of the clients.

Digital Affinity – You are familiar with active lead management and process maintenance using Salesforce.

Professional Experience – Ideally, you have prior experience in sales and possess a strong closing ability paired with empathy.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Salesforce

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

- High self-motivation
