Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Coordinator to join our team at Insights Learning & Development Ltd. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless event support, and driving account development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize their potential and satisfaction.
  • Manage pre- and post-workshop logistics, collaborating closely with the sales function to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Process client orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner, building trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained on our global systems.
  • Coordinate conference calls and webinars to support internal and external customers.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in supporting customers and client relationship managers, preferably in a sales process, and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimal travel may be required for this role.
