Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • You will serve as the primary contact for our clients and mental health professionals regarding inquiries about our services, appointment management, and technical issues.
  • You will provide professional assistance to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat during our operational hours.
  • You will assist clients in finding suitable matches and know precisely which professionals to connect them with for specific needs.
  • You will maintain ongoing communication with colleagues across various departments, particularly within our Psychology and Technology teams.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer support, client care, or user operations.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • A passion for working with people and a love for effective communication.
  • A high degree of empathy, enabling you to understand and respond to the needs of our clients.
  • A strong customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive and independent work style, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
