Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager International Media Company

Are you looking for a challenging role in compensation and benefits? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our international media company in Hamburg, Germany.

This role is part of our HR function and involves supporting the design and deployment of the compensation and benefits strategy for the group. You will be responsible for global compensation strategy through conception and design, ensuring all compensation and benefits structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies
  • Conducting benchmark analyses and deriving trends on the market
  • Issuing recommendations for action
  • Developing and implementing compensation processes and tools
  • Identifying digital potential

You will have at least 7 years' experience in compensation and benefits in a matrix organization, familiar with international compensation systems and structures. You should have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience.
