Sales Development Representative

With over 25 years of industry expertise, our products and services have gained the trust of more than 1,400,000 customers across 90 countries.

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to bolster our business expansion efforts in Germany. This role will primarily operate from our office in Dusseldorf, with a flexible arrangement of three days per week in-office.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and self-driven, capable of thriving as a local team member while collaborating effectively with our management team based in China.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the ZWSOFT headquarters and local management, executing strategies to meet business objectives.

2. Engage with potential clients through calls or visits to identify their needs and challenges, ultimately closing sales.

3. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients, conducting proactive outreach via calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.

4. Prepare and present accurate quotes to clients promptly.

5. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

6. Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in the German language is essential.

2. A bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as business, marketing, engineering, IT, or related disciplines.

3. A minimum of three years of proven experience in IT software sales, particularly within the AEC sector.

4. A willingness to thrive in a start-up environment that presents challenges.

5. A results-oriented mindset, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Familiarity with the local CAD software market and related products is advantageous.

7. Proficient written and spoken English skills are required.
