About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Udacity, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and pain points.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with key contacts and drive qualified meetings.
  • Utilize data and analytics to prioritize prospecting efforts and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize sales efforts to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline creation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR or account management experience driving qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Software as a Service and experience selling into F1000+ companies is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record articulating a strong value proposition to enterprise buyers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
  • A positive attitude, collaborative team spirit, and resilience.
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Experience working in SFDC, LinkedIn, and ABM platforms a plus.
  • Prior MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and/or Command of the Message training is very desirable.
  • German and English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) required.
