About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Consulting: Conduct on-site sales and consulting meetings to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Offer Creation and Contracting: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized offers and contracts that meet customer requirements.
  • Trade Show and Event Participation: Represent our company at trade shows and events to showcase our services and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Training or Equivalent: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales of complex products and services is essential.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customer Orientation and Closing Skills: A high level of customer orientation and closing skills is required to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Independence and Goal-Oriented Work: The ability to work independently and be goal-oriented is essential to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
