Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at KI Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Pitch our innovative AI-powered staffing platform to key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English
  • Proven sales or business development experience, with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
