Aktuell wird ein erfahrener Senior Manager für Government Relations (m/w/d) gesucht, um die politischen und regulatorischen Interessen des Unternehmens zu vertreten.
- Politische Überwachung: Analyse und Beobachtung politischer Entwicklungen zur Umsetzung von Strategien im Bereich Policy-Engagement und Interessenvertretung.
- Öffentliche Angelegenheiten: Implementierung der Public Affairs-Strategie zur Stärkung des Unternehmensprofils bei relevanten Stakeholdern durch gezielte Interaktionen und Netzwerkbildung.
- Stakeholder-Engagement: Koordination der Interaktionen des Unternehmens mit Regierungsbehörden und anderen relevanten Akteuren sowie Identifizierung von Synergien und Möglichkeiten für umfassendes Engagement.
- Policy-Analysen: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Analysen und der Entwicklung von Strategien für Advocacy und Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Ein Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Gesundheitswesen, Politikwissenschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich ist wünschenswert.
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Gesundheitspolitik oder öffentliche Angelegenheiten sind erforderlich.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung des Unternehmensprofils sowie im Stakeholder-Management auf nationaler und lokaler Ebene.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in relevanten Bereichen sowie ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ergänzt durch ein starkes Netzwerk in der politischen Landschaft und Branchenkenntnisse.
- Die Möglichkeit, aktiv zur Gestaltung der politischen und öffentlichen Strategie eines führenden Biopharmaunternehmens beizutragen.
- Gelegenheit, ein umfangreiches Netzwerk von Beziehungen zu Regierungsvertretern, Branchenakteuren und anderen wichtigen Stakeholdern aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
