About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead our government affairs, market development, and public policy functions for the DACH region. You will advise and counsel our executives on public policy and governmental matters, develop our government relations and public policy strategy, and facilitate project management and hands-on implementation of public affairs engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and counsel executives on public policy and governmental matters
  • Develop government relations and public policy strategy
  • Facilitate project management and hands-on implementation of public affairs engagements
  • Develop and manage patient advocacy relationships and other relevant alliances
  • Participate in trade organizations and strategic industry groups to influence legislation and regulations
  • Build strong external relationships with key government officials
  • Assist in government business transactions with Ministries of Health and Finance
  • Develop thought leadership and influence commercial strategies
Requirements

We're seeking a candidate with 8-15 years of experience in governmental or non-governmental organization and/or trade or industry association experience, or experience within the private sector. You should have a strong understanding of public policy making and public affairs processes, as well as experience in developing and using the public affairs toolbox.
