Wir suchen einen motivierten Kandidaten für die Position des Logistik-Controlling-Managers in unserem Unternehmen in Finkenwerder, Deutschland.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Der Logistik-Controlling-Manager wird als Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik und internen/externen Kunden tätig sein. Er wird in den Bereichen Kleinteile Logistik SAe und Optimierungsprojekten arbeiten.

Aufgaben
  • Koordinierung aller Schnittstellen der Logistik zum internen und externen Kunden
  • Mitwirken in Optimierungsprojekten sowie Erstellen und Vertreten von Projektergebnissen, Status tracking der Maßnahmen anhand von KPIs und Festlegung von Meilensteinen sowie Lessons Learned
  • Prozessgestaltung und Optimierung mit dem Einkauf und Logistic Service Provider
  • Überwachung logistisch relevanter Auftragssteuerdaten im Abgleich mit der Werksterminplanung und Taktplan
  • End to End Störungsmanagement sowie präventive und nachhaltige Bewertung, Planung und Implementierung von Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Verbesserung der logistischen Abläufe z.B. Packschemen, Anlieferkonzepte, Hallenkonzepte und Hallenlayout
Persönliche Anforderungen
  • Die Fähigkeit technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
Studium
  • Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
  • Supply Chain / Logistics mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
  • Wirtschaftswissenschaften mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
Berufserfahrung
  • Lieferantenmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
  • Supply Chain / Logistics mind. über 3 Jahre
IT
  • SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
  • Google Workspace ist von Vorteil
Kenntnisse
  • Projektmanagement mind. gute Kenntnisse
