Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at PTS Logistics GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
