About the Role

As Regional Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading Europe (UK & EU) Regional Logistics, Transportation & Warehouse Operations. You will be part of our Supply Chain Management Organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and develop solutions to enhance logistics operations performance.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless logistics integration and optimize the global logistics total cost.
  • Establish SOPs for effective freight management and logistics operations from both process and cost optimization perspectives.
  • Manage 3rd party service providers and ensure efficient operations are executed as per agreement and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire organizational and technical area of the logistics team.
  • General responsibility for the functionality and performance of the group work, safety, and maintenance instructions.
  • Other responsibilities include Inventories & Destructions, Compliance with SoX Control, Audit Management, Logistics Budgeting & Cost Distribution, Europe Return Store, Import/Export Customs Clearance Operations.

About You

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or another related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation in a freight forwarding business in an international environment preferred.
  • Functional expert of ERP applications, knowledge in SAP WM/MM/SD.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and perseverance.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
