Regional Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain Management Organization in Europe (UK & EU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership in logistics operations, transportation, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and identify process gaps to develop solutions that enhance logistics operations performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics integration across all business units and optimize global logistics costs.
  • Establish and manage SOPs for effective freight management and logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of logistics operations and processes to achieve targets of quality and efficiency.
  • Manage 3rd party service providers and ensure efficient operations are executed as per agreement and KPIs.
  • Lead the logistics team and be responsible for the functionality and performance of the group work, safety, and maintenance instructions.
  • Other responsibilities include inventory management, destructions, compliance with Sox Control, audit management, logistics budgeting, and cost distribution.

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, and transportation in an international environment. Functional expertise in ERP applications, particularly SAP WM/MM/SD, is required. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as well as business fluency in English and German.
