Supply Chain Solutions Consultant

As a Solution Consultant with a focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse, a leading supply chain planning platform, you will be integral to our mission at 4flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess and interpret their supply chain needs.
- Tailor the Kinaxis RapidResponse system to align with client requirements.
- Conduct detailed training sessions for end users and key stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization.
- Produce functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement optimal supply chain strategies.
- Provide continuous support to clients, addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as supply chain management, IT systems, business, or engineering.
- A solid understanding of supply chain management principles and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A hands-on approach, organized work style, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A keen desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Previous experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar capacity, ideally with knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
