Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

In this position, you will be pivotal in the deployment and enhancement of the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform for our clients. Your role will involve working alongside diverse teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to achieve effective supply chain solutions. Your key responsibilities will encompass understanding client needs, configuring the RapidResponse system, and providing thorough training and support to facilitate seamless implementation and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather and assess their supply chain requirements
  • Tailor the Kinaxis RapidResponse system to meet specific client needs
  • Design and conduct extensive training sessions for end users and key stakeholders
  • Produce functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective supply chain solutions
  • Offer continuous support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries that may arise
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline, such as supply chain management, IT systems, business, or engineering
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A hands-on approach, organized work style, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ideally, prior experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar capacity, with a focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse
