Global Supply Chain Director Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role focusing on the strategic utilization, optimization, and harmonization of end-to-end supply chain operations.
Our client, a prominent entity in the delivery of therapeutic solutions, is dedicated to enhancing lives through innovative medical advancements. They adopt a comprehensive approach that includes research and development, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and verify supply chain feasibility assessments in line with company best practices and industry standards.
- Validate the robustness of supply chain operations for new portfolio, product, and company acquisitions in line with company best practices.
- Evaluate end-to-end supply chain cost effectiveness and conduct dynamic risk assessments within the supply chain network.
- Manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives that support supply chain value creation.
- Utilize business intelligence and artificial intelligence to assess and drive network improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to support supply chain integration and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a major in Supply Chain or Operations.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with transformation experience.
- Ability to independently analyze and make decisive decisions in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including SAP, APO, and SNP, and Demand Planning modules.
