Deine AufgabenAls Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die selbstständige Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung, inklusive der Überwachung und Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen. Du pflegst und abstimmt Debitorenkonten sowie durchführst das Mahnwesen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften. Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam und dem Controlling zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Zahlungsfluss sicherzustellen. Du optimierst proaktiv die Prozesse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung durch gezielte Verbesserungsvorschläge.
Dein ProfilWir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Debitorenbuchhalter mit 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld. Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. Du lebst in Berlin oder bist bereit, für Deine neue Position nach Berlin zu ziehen. Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System und bist offen für die Anwendung neuer Tools. Du bist strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich in Deiner Arbeitsweise und hast eine ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit.
