ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Interior Design Leader, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our philosophy of 'Live beautiful' across our retail environments and the residences of our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass the innovative conceptualization, meticulous planning, and execution of striking interior designs that embody our brand identity and resonate with our target market. Additionally, you will guide the creative vision and strategic framework of our Design Service, utilizing your expertise to craft interior solutions that are finely tuned to the unique requirements of our esteemed private and corporate clients. This position is unlimited and is ideally based in Munich.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the aesthetic and experiential aspects of our retail spaces, bringing our vision of engaging home and living environments to fruition.
  • Leverage your creativity to develop immersive window displays, exceptional interior arrangements for our showcase rooms, and inspiring product selections for our retail shelves, including mood boards and 3D visualizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored interior concepts for their homes or businesses, ensuring their needs are understood and transformed into innovative design solutions—our ultimate aim is for every client to enjoy the process and depart with a design they are eager to implement.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, articulating the creative vision and ensuring all concepts align with and surpass established guidelines.
  • Mentor our talented team of interior designers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence while supporting their professional development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and cutting-edge design concepts, integrating relevant insights into your work.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure your creative strategies align with overarching business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Interior Design and Styling with a prestigious design firm.
  • A portfolio that effectively showcases your design concepts and execution.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging interior design and styling trends; exceptional visual and spatial awareness, with a meticulous eye for detail and proportion.
  • Willingness to travel as the role necessitates visits to retail locations and high-profile clients.
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is advantageous.
