We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our Design Services department, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategic direction of our interior design services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement captivating interior designs for our retail stores and client projects, ensuring alignment with our brand DNA and target audience.
- Collaborate with our customers to design bespoke interior concepts that meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Define and uphold design standards, ensuring all concepts align with and exceed established guidelines.
- Coach and mentor our team of interior designers, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design concepts, incorporating relevant insights into your designs.
- Work closely with other teams to align your creative strategies with overall business objectives.
- Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Interior Design and Styling at a renowned design company.
- A portfolio showcasing your ideas and design expertise.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent understanding of latest and upcoming interior design & styling trends.
- High willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German language is a plus.
