Your Role: Lead Interior Designer - Retail & Client Concepts

As our Lead Interior Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Westwing Group SE. You'll be responsible for creating captivating interior designs for our retail stores and providing expert guidance to clients seeking personalized home design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute compelling interior designs for our retail stores, ensuring they reflect our brand DNA and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop immersive window displays, curate inspiring product arrangements, and create captivating room sets that showcase the beauty of our offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the design process.
  • Lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful retail and residential projects.
  • Exceptional understanding of design principles, color theory, space planning, and material selection.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
