Unlock Your Potential as a Business Development Executive

Chamberlain Group, a global leader in access solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our European team. As a key member of our Professional Brand LiftMaster (B2B) Sales team, you will partner with our Sales Director to drive growth and expand our customer base across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with pan-European customers.
  • Qualify leads, identify potential sales opportunities, and collaborate with Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage sales funnels, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales materials, including customer presentations, quoting, and marketing collateral.
  • Seek mentorship from our Director of Sales and New Business Development, with opportunities to grow into a supervisory or managerial role.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Fluency in German, English, and French, with additional European languages an asset.
  • Strong communication and growth mindset, with persistence in the face of rejection or setbacks.
  • Highly motivated, with excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent listening, documentation, and communication skills.
