- Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to enhance sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Develop and coordinate sales and onboarding materials, including customer presentations, quoting, and marketing collateral.
- Seek mentorship from the Director of Sales and New Business Development, with opportunities to grow into a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in B2B sales.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools (preferable HubSpot).
- Fluent knowledge of German, English, and French, with additional European languages an asset.
- Strong communication and growth mindset, with persistence in the face of rejection or setbacks.
- Highly motivated with excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent listening, documentation, and communication skills.
