Databricks is revolutionizing the Unified Data Analytics and AI space, empowering automotive customers to drive innovation and stay ahead in the competitive landscape. As we expand across Central Europe, we seek a creative and execution-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Germany and capitalize on the vast market opportunity in the automotive sector.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals for your key account.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI-related subjects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases within your key account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem.
  • Deliver exceptional value with each engagement, guiding successful negotiations to close deals.

What We Look For:

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience managing large enterprise-class automotive clients in Germany.
  • Proven experience selling complex software deals.
  • Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value.
  • Experience with robust sales methodologies and processes, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling.
  • Ability to build effective champions and collaborative teams to support execution of your territory plan.
  • Experience developing a clear partner strategy and managing it to success.
  • Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centers to increase the impact of Databricks within an organization.
  • Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
