Research Director Opportunity in Germany

Harnham is partnering with a growing Germany-based business to find a Research Director to lead their market research efforts. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead market research studies from start to finish, developing materials, analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team for survey programming, fieldwork, and data analysis.
  • Monitor financial aspects of projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Manage end-to-end business development, from cold lead generation to client debriefing.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their business issues and how to address them.
  • Promote the company's capabilities to new and existing clients.
  • Prepare proposals based on client needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Native fluency in German.
  • Proven track record in selling market research services, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market.
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Experience with various research methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
