We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in German, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, live chat, and back-office support.
  • Solve customer concerns related to our digital banking platform with efficiency and professionalism.
