Join us as a Brand Design Intern (m/f/d) in our Brand Team on a meaningful journey
At MOIA, we pride ourselves on having a diverse design team consisting of 30 professionals, including UX, product, brand, communication designers, and UX researchers. The brand design division is crucial in shaping how our brand communicates visually and is perceived across various platforms. We develop guidelines and resources for our partners to enable them to create stunning brand representations. Additionally, we craft communication materials for both external and internal audiences.
Your Role and Impact at MOIA
- Design captivating marketing, service, and product communications within our MOIA brand framework, focusing on visuals and animations primarily for digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, our website, and advertisements to ensure a cohesive aesthetic.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in an agile setting.
- Champion a consistent brand design and experience throughout the organization.
- Contribute to a collaborative, motivating, and open work environment.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment, possess a passion for exceptional design, and be eager to work within high-performance teams while adapting to a startup culture.
- Currently enrolled in a brand or communication design program with initial experience in the field.
- Availability for a minimum of 12 months.
- A portfolio that showcases your design capabilities, creativity, and experience.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for future mobility solutions.

Student Community
Our team is a diverse group of primarily students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn. We are a community of around 20 individuals who connect regularly to discuss various topics, share projects, or simply enjoy a coffee chat.
