At MOIA, we pride ourselves on being a diverse design collective comprising 30 professionals in UX, product, brand, communication design, and UX research. Within our brand design division, we focus on crafting and guiding the visual communication of our brand across various platforms. Our mission is to develop comprehensive guidelines and resources that empower our partners to create stunning brand representations. Additionally, we are responsible for designing communications for both external and internal audiences.

Your Role and Contributions

  • Develop captivating marketing, service, and product communications by designing visuals and animations primarily for digital platforms, ensuring a unified aesthetic across social media, email campaigns, our website, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in a dynamic, agile setting.
  • Champion a cohesive brand design and user experience throughout the organization.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, motivating, and open work environment.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, possess a passion for exceptional design, and be eager to engage with high-performing teams in a startup atmosphere.

  • Currently enrolled in a brand or communication design program with some experience in the field.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 12 months.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities, creativity, and experience.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with animation tools such as After Effects.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for advancements in mobility solutions.

Student Community Overview

Our student community is a vibrant group of curious and motivated individuals, eager to learn and grow. We are approximately 20 members strong, primarily based in Hamburg and Berlin, and we convene quarterly to discuss various topics, share project experiences, or simply enjoy a coffee chat.

As a Working Student, you will engage in meaningful projects that have a significant impact. You will collaborate with your team, who will guide you in setting project objectives while also providing inspiration, mentorship, and support for your professional journey.
