Join our team as a Brand Design Intern (m/f/d) at MOIA Operations Germany GmbH, where your contributions will make a difference.

At MOIA, we pride ourselves on having a diverse design team comprising 30 talented individuals, including UX designers, product designers, brand specialists, communication designers, and UX researchers. The brand design division plays a crucial role in shaping how our brand is visually represented and experienced across various platforms. We develop guidelines and resources that empower our partners to create stunning brand expressions, while also crafting communication materials for both internal and external audiences.

Your Role and Impact at MOIA

  • Design captivating marketing, service, and product communications within our brand framework, focusing on visuals and animations primarily for digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, our website, and advertisements to ensure a unified aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in a dynamic and agile setting.
  • Champion a consistent brand identity and design experience throughout the organization.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inspiring, and open work environment.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, possess a passion for exceptional design, and be eager to engage in high-performance teams within a startup culture.

  • Currently enrolled in a design program focused on branding or communication, with some experience in the field.
  • Availability for a minimum of 12 months.
  • A portfolio that showcases your design abilities, creativity, and relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • A keen interest in the future of mobility.
