Senior Designer Role at MUTABOR

MUTABOR is seeking a talented Senior Designer to enhance our innovative team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in crafting unique design solutions that captivate audiences and elevate our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client projects in partnership with the Art Director and Creative Director
  • Interpret and analyze client requirements effectively
  • Develop detailed design strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on brand and product communication
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, particularly in UX/UI
  • Manage project data and organization
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Guide and mentor interns, Junior Designers, and fellow Designers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Design or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a comparable agency environment
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with FIGMA is advantageous
  • High level of creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to experiment
  • Ability to articulate and advocate for your design concepts
  • Passion for comprehensive brand experiences and a sharp eye for emerging trends
  • Transform ideas into precise, actionable designs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proficient in presenting concepts to both internal teams and clients
