Brand Design Working Student (m/f/d)
At MOIA Operations Germany GmbH, we are a vibrant design collective comprising 30 talented individuals specializing in UX, product, brand, communication design, and UX research. The brand design segment plays a crucial role in shaping our visual communication and brand experience across various platforms. Our mission is to develop comprehensive guidelines and resources that empower our partners to create stunning brand representations. Additionally, we craft communication materials for both external and internal audiences.
Your Role and Contribution
- Design captivating marketing, service, and product communications within our MOIA brand framework, focusing on digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, our website, and advertisements to ensure a unified aesthetic.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in a dynamic, agile setting.
- Champion a cohesive brand design and user experience throughout the organization.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inspiring, and open work environment.
Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses a passion for exceptional design, and is eager to engage in high-performance teams within a startup culture.
- Currently enrolled in a brand or communication design program with some experience in the field.
- Available for a minimum commitment of 12 months.
- A portfolio that showcases your design capabilities, creativity, and experience.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about advancements in mobility.

Our student community is diverse, curious, and motivated, with approximately 20 members based in various locations. We convene quarterly to discuss projects and share insights over casual meetups.
