Product Management Working Student

Are you a motivated student with a passion for healthcare and technology?
Dedalus is seeking a detail-oriented Working Student to join our dynamic Product Management team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the exciting field of creating software solutions for the healthcare industry (E-Health, Software as a Medical Device, etc.). You'll contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and continuous iterations.
Your Responsibilities:- Market Research: Support research efforts to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and feedback to provide insights that inform product decisions.
- Feature Development/Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities such as tracking tasks, communicating updates to the team, and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product features, specifications, and processes. Ensure records are updated and easily accessible to the team.
- Analysis/Metrics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Prepare reports and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders. Contribute to regular status updates, meetings, and presentations.
- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Medicine or a related discipline (or have a medical background).
- Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and come up with innovative solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. German language skills would be a plus.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
