Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Careforce. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Awareness and Education: Foster awareness and understanding of our client's RNAi platform among relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Account Planning and Execution: Develop and implement account plans, including customer engagement and cycle planning, in line with our marketing strategy and management's directives, while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) post-market launch.
  • Patient Identification and Diagnostic Support: Promote awareness of patient identification, diagnostic tests, and referral pathways through the implementation of a regional strategy and customer-specific plans.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and RNAi therapies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
